Like most women, my journey began with a desire for something more. When I started working out in college, I was in search of solutions - to my anxiety, to my insecurities, and to the lack of structure in this new chapter of my life. On a whim I pushed myself to try lifting weights for the first time in my campus gym. I had noo idea what I was doing, but I quickly realized how much better I felt after my sessions compared to when I walked in. That feeling kept me going, and over time, I fell in love with the process—learning to laugh at my failures, celebrate my wins, and let go of worrying about what others thought. I’ve done just about all of the trial and error you can think of - and learned exactly what it takes to achieve (and maintain!) my dream body. I couldn’t think of a more fulfilling career than one dedicated to helping other women do the same!
Life is full of ups and downs, but I’ve learned that we have the power to create our own constants. My mission is clear - to help you fall in love with the process, strive to be 1% better each day, and to turn your dream body into a lifestyle that inspires confidence and strength like you’ve never felt before.
